If you elect to make a sponsorship please add on that total sponsorship amount to the total payment you make to Worthwhile Life Foundation

Example: John Smith Company is sponsoring $1,500 in addition to mandatory contributiuon of $1,200, John Smith Company owes $2,700 to Worthwhile Life Foundation and $2,000 to Mohawk Rubber Sales.
